March 20-23 Napa Valley

  • The Archer Napa 1230 1st Street Napa, CA, 94559 United States (map)

Given how internationally beloved by wine lovers the Napa Valley is, you might think everything has already been discovered in this iconic wine region, but think again. That uniquely American “always be innovating” spirit seems to be alive and well here, and there are always new winemaking and culinary developments to surprise you and take your breath away. The Valley’s stunning landscapes, perfectly executed luxury travel options and some of the country’s freshest, most local and most creatively prepared food all make the Napa Valley one of the world’s great wine destinations, one to visit over and over again. Let us be the ones to show you the Napa you didn’t know.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrivals. The introduction begins, and the Old Guard meets the New Guard in an enlightening orientation tasting, followed by more local wines at a local winemakers’ spot.

Day 2 | Wine tastings and a vineyard lunch. Private afternoon tasting at one of Napa’s original pioneers.

Day 3 | We will visit the vineyards and wineries of a few of Napa Valley’s new generation – we think what you taste will surprise you. Lunch will be served al fresco on the terrace of one of the wineries, and our farewell dinner will be unforgettable as we wine and dine al fresco in the Boneyard space at Hourglass’ Blueline Estate Vineyard.

Day 4 | Departures

** Please note that we will not be doing a blending session on this trip. This is a sample itinerary and all details, events, and timing are subject to change.

Pricing Information

Room type is only a general Vines categorization of level; each hotel has different specific room type names. Once you sign up for a trip and choose from the above levels, our team will contact you with the details about the specific room type.

This is a Vines Gold Trip. Our Gold Trips are a slight step up in class: 4 and 5-star hotels, a bit higher level of (and even some Michelin-starred) dining, with wines to match.

The trip cost includes all accommodations, meals, wines, local transportation and group activities. It also covers the cost of one case of the collective wine made during the blending session. Guests are responsible for their flights and airport transfers to the hotel or area, and for the costs of shipping their case of wine once it is finished.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life requires changes or cancellations. We have created cancellation policies that take this into account while also accounting for the realities of our non-refundable event costs and prepayments. You can see our cancellation policy at www.vinesevents.com/terms
