Daily Itinerary
Day 1 | Arrivals. Orientation wine tasting and welcome party.
Day 2 | Fire with Francis Mallmann - first, sharpen your skills with a knife and butchery demo, then whip up some delicious Argentine empanadas that we'll devour for lunch with some local boutique wines. That afternoon we’ll have our “siete fuegos” (seven fires) training, learning to cook over flame with Francis and his team, then we’ll cap it off with a fireside chat with our chef-legends, followed by a feast of our day's work and a lively Argentine tango lesson.
Day 3 | Texas BBQ with Aaron Franklin - we’ll cover everything from choosing the right smoker and wood to the best cuts of beef, mastering smoking techniques and perfecting Aaron’s famous sauces and sides. Later we’ll unwind with poolside cocktails and tunes, then sit down to a mouthwatering dinner.
Day 4 | Andean adventure & wine - we’ll have our choice of horseback riding through the Andes or hitting the trails for a hike. Then we will get hands-on at The Vines of Mendoza winery, crafting our very own Malbec blends, after which our day ends with a spectacular Franklin BBQ dinner under the stars.
