Immerse yourself in the rustic charm and burgeoning viticulture of California's Central Coast with our trip to this enchanting wine region. We will meet the innovative winemakers who harness the unique microclimates and diverse soils to cultivate a remarkable array of grape varieties, resulting in world-class wines. We will indulge in farm-to-table dining experiences that capture the essence of Paso Robles' bounty and pair perfectly with the wines. With the rolling coastal hills as your backdrop, and laid back Paso Robles hospitality at every turn, we’ll engage in an unparalleled exploration into Paso’s flourishing wine culture. We will even have the chance to blend our own wine with our expert winemaking partner, a souvenir in every bottle.

Daily Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrivals. Meet the Rhone Rangers in an introductory tasting and enjoy a creative locally sourced meal at everyone’s favorite Paso spot Les Petites Canailles – featuring a top-notch list of local small production wines.

Day 2 | We’ll start the day off with an optional guided horseback ride through a working ranch, followed by a tour/tasting and an al fresco lunch at the highly acclaimed L’Aventure winery. After an optional sunset viewing of the Sensorio light show, we’ll sit down for a seasonal dinner paired with local sustainably made wines at The Hatch.

Day 3 | We will enjoy a personalized blending session with our winemaking partner Juan Mercado of RIISE, who will walk us through his own highly sought after wines and then help us create our own unique blends. We’ll then taste and have lunch at the Field Recordings winery inside Paso’s famous cooperative beer and wine space Tin City, and top off the trip by returning to Juan Mercado’s winery for a pizza feast with various vinous surprises.

Day 4 | Departures

Pricing Information

The trip cost includes all accommodations, meals, wines, local transportation and group activities. Guests are responsible for their flights and airport transfers to the hotel or area. Please note that the schedules, events, and timing are subject to change.
